Courtney Wells, SVP Clinical Operations, has over 20 years’ experience in drug development and clinical operations in over 35 indications. She has directly contributed to three new drug approvals and was responsible for executing pivotal trials for four additional programs that led to approvals. Before joining Talaris she served as Sr. Vice President Development Operations at Jaguar Gene Therapy and VP Clinical Operations at Avadel CNS Pharmaceuticals, Levo Therapeutics, and AveXis, Inc. where she was instrumental in building sustainable clinical development operations models that supported rapid start-up and efficient execution of clinical studies with innovative treatment modalities. Ms. Wells previously held positions of increasing responsibility within clinical operations at PharmaNet and PPD as well as consultant roles with Novartis, Sanofi, and Astellas. Ms. Wells has a biochemistry degree from the University of Arizona.
